1. What DaThaiDa is
DaThaiDa (dathaida.com) helps travellers find massage, spa and beauty shops in Thailand and send them booking requests. We are not the shop: the service is given by the shop, and the shop decides whether to accept your request.
2. Your account
You need an account to send booking requests. Give true details (name, phone number) so the shop can reach you, and keep your password safe. One person, one account.
3. Booking requests and payment
A request is only a booking once the shop confirms it. There is no online payment: you pay the shop directly. Prices and menus are set by each shop and can change; shops that have not joined DaThaiDa show “price at the shop”.
4. Cancelling and being late
Cancel as early as you can, at least 2 hours before your time. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations can limit your account.
5. Fair use
Do not use DaThaiDa for sexual or illegal services, harassment, spam, fake bookings or automated sign-ups. We may hide content and close accounts that break these rules.
6. Shop information
Some shop details come from public sources such as Google Maps until the owner joins. We try to keep them right but cannot promise every detail. Shop owners can take over and correct their page for free.
7. Reviews
Only guests whose visit time has passed can review a booking. Reviews must be honest and about your own visit.
8. Responsibility
The service at the shop is the shop's responsibility. DaThaiDa is provided as it is; as far as the law allows, we are not liable for what happens between you and a shop.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the date above. Thai law applies.
