We had the most amazing couples massage at Thai Thai Sukhumvit 11! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure we were comfortable the entire time. The massage itself was absolutely perfect,relaxing, rejuvenating, and exactly what we needed. Every detail, from the pressure to the techniques used, was spot on. You can tell they really care about providing a high-quality experience. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and treat yourself (or enjoy a couples experience), I highly recommend this spot. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already planning our next visit!

Our most premium massage experience in 45 days in Thailand. It’s definitely more expensive than the average massage places, but you can immediately feel the difference in quality. The therapists are clearly more professional and well trained, and the whole process feels much more refined and intentional. The place itself is super clean, well maintained, and very comfortable, which adds a lot to the overall experience. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, making everything feel even more enjoyable. I’d highly recommend trying at least one massage here during your trip, just to experience what it feels like when everything is done properly. Totally worth it.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I take massages seriously because I book them to relax and unwind. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. My fiancé and I made a reservation in advance. I booked the 90-minute 5-in-1 package (head, neck, shoulders, hands and feet), while my fiancé booked a 90-minute foot massage. We arrived on time, made payment, and were assigned our respective masseuses, who began with the usual foot wash. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. 1. Most of the session was spent on one leg. The masseuse spent almost 60 minutes massaging only my left leg. Throughout the session, the pressure was extremely light, and she appeared to be dozing off on several occasions. Instead of feeling relaxed, I was left feeling frustrated. 2. They realised an hour into the massage that they had assigned the wrong treatment. About 60 minutes into the session, both my fiancé and I realised that our treatments had been mixed up. The masseuse assigned to me had been treating me as though I had booked a foot massage, when I had actually booked the 5-in-1 package. Once she realised the mistake, she rushed through my right leg in about five minutes before moving on to my head and shoulders. 3. Parts of the package were completely missed. Despite paying for the 5-in-1 package, my hands were not massaged at all. She only did a brief head and shoulder massage before ending the session. I genuinely tried to be understanding throughout the experience. I can imagine the masseuses may be overworked, and I believe management should seriously look into staffing and workload. Overworking employees not only affects their wellbeing but also compromises the quality of service customers are paying for. I’m incredibly disappointed because I came here expecting to leave feeling refreshed, but instead I left feeling frustrated and shortchanged. Based on my experience, I would advise others to visit with caution.

Absolutely amazing experience at Thai Thai Massage on Sukhumvit 11! We did the 90-minute couples aromatherapy massage and it was honestly one of the best massages we’ve ever had. The ambiance was so peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully set up from the moment we walked in. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, making us feel comfortable the entire time. The massage itself was perfect — relaxing, soothing, and exactly what we needed. The location is also super convenient and easy to get to in Sukhumvit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing couples experience in Bangkok!
