I have been a customer at Jasmin Korean Facial Spa for more than a year now, and I can honestly say that I’m always happy with my experience. The treatments are excellent, the staff is professional, welcoming and attentive, and I always leave feeling refreshed and well taken care of. I really appreciate the consistency of the service and the quality of the treatments. It has become one of my favourite places for my skincare and self-care routine in Bangkok. The location at Ploenchit Center is also very convenient. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality Korean facial treatments and a professional, relaxing experience! ❤️

We arrived at the place after reading some very good reviews, it was very close to our hotel so we decided to go and pamper ourselves. We arrived 4 people for 4 different types of treatments. After a short wait at the reception and choosing a suitable treatment for each - we entered separate rooms and the treatments were performed. Everything was done very professionally and our faces came out smooth and clean. The treatment also included a short foot/head/hand massage. 3 points for improvement: 1. When I got back to the hotel, I saw in the mirror that there were still blackheads left in several areas on my face even though I felt that the blackhead removal was comprehensive and long, so maybe more emphasis should be placed on this. 2. Almost all stages of the treatment except for the use of hot steam were with very cold towels or products, the room itself was also cold from the air conditioner and throughout the treatment (75 minutes) I was quite cold. 3. The branch is located in a small shopping center that appears to be undergoing renovations. Half of the stores there were closed and everything was dark and empty. The restrooms in the complex were also quite neglected, so the experience of arriving at the branch itself was not very pleasant. But overall, the treatment was very good, the therapists were professional, it felt that quality products were used, and the result was almost perfect 🙏🏻

I had the most relaxing skincare experience at Jasmin Korean Facial Spa in Bangkok. I had heard so many good things about this place and now I completely understand why it’s rated so highly on GoWabi. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt so calming, the interiors are beautiful, clean, and have that peaceful Korean spa vibe that instantly helps you unwind. The entire experience felt premium and thoughtfully done. I tried their Oxygen Jet Skin Brightening Treatment (75 minutes), and my skin honestly felt so refreshed afterwards. The treatment included deep cleansing, oxygen jet technology, pore care, hydration, and a nourishing mask. I especially loved the advanced equipment they used, the oxygen jet and ultrasonic treatment made the whole experience feel very high-tech and effective. What made it even better were the relaxing head, neck, shoulder, and back massages during the treatment. The attention to detail, the products, the ambience, and the staff’s care really stood out. My skin looked brighter, smoother, and had that fresh glow immediately after the session. This was definitely one of my favourite beauty experiences in Bangkok and I would happily come back again.

Very nice 👍 I recently had a facial treatment here and had a very positive experience. Having visited a few other beauty centers in Bangkok, including some of the more heavily promoted and social-media-popular places, I found the service here to be more genuine and focused on the actual treatment experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The facial treatment was relaxing and well done, and my skin felt refreshed afterward. What I appreciated most was that the team focused on providing good service rather than trying to sell additional treatments or products. A special thank you to the staff for their kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality. Their professionalism made the experience enjoyable and comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied with the treatment and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for quality skincare services in Bangkok.

Wow, the best facial I've ever had. I had a 75-minute treatment, cost 1,500 baht. They cleaned my face, removed blackheads and gave me a short, pleasant massage. Worth every dollar
