  Very welcoming staff and lovely service from Khun Bow, khun Sammy, and N Feen. Refreshments were served when I arrived. I did the 60 mins aromatherapy massage today and Kitty took great care of me. It was very relaxing, my body feels lighter. I chose the ylang-ylang oil, which had a soft, floral scent. Clean amenities throughout. The session ended with organic jasmine tea paired with guava. I really liked the staff here, they made the whole experience feel comfortable and caring. Definitely come back.

  Beautiful Spa that is the perfect place to relax either by the pool or the cafe area. I was recommended a aromatherapy massage due to an injury I had, I chose a 90 mins session which with Susan (Suwaphat) she really understood what I needed for my treatment and after my long flight to Bangkok, I felt truly refreshed after my massage. Thank you Susan and Thank you to Shomfah for making my experience at Spa by JW a memorable experience. Hopefully see you next time.

From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The therapist was incredibly professional, attentive, and respectful. Every touch felt thoughtful and precise. What impressed me most was how she quickly identified the areas where I was experiencing discomfort without me having to explain much. I had been suffering from a headache and tension in my neck and shoulders, and she focused on those areas with great care. The pressure was gentle yet effective, providing relief without causing any discomfort. Her technique was both skilled and intuitive. I've had many massages recently, but this was one of the rare experiences that immediately made me think, "Wow, this is truly wonderful."   ✨ Had the most wonderful facial day at JW today! I went with Susan, and honestly, she has such a gentle yet skillful touch — every step felt soothing and luxurious. My boyfriend had his treatment with Wann, and he couldn’t stop saying how incredibly relaxing it was. We both walked out with glowing skin and that calm, floating feeling — like waking up from the best dream ever. 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️✨
