The booking experience and the private room environment are great but the therapy session was extremely disappointing. Firstly, we were seated to do the scalp analysis to see before and after treatment. They therapist told my friend that hers is oily skin, and show us some of her broken hair. When my turn, I was told the exact same comment and it supposed a scalp analysis isnt it should focus on the scalp condition rather than broken hair? This shows that they are just going through the standard procedure. During the treatment, the therapist literally not putting enough pressure during the massage session. The gua sha was even worst, zero pressure, just softly touch your hair. I felt that she was in sleeping mode rather than me sleeping. She did not clean my outer ear which should be part of the package service. And, they did not do the after scalp analysis. After everything's done I supposed to change back my clothes, she just went off and I have to ask her please close back the curtain (for the glass wall) After all, not only money and time wasted, it was so disappointing and emotionally ruined my day.

The environment deserves a 4-STARS where we booked the private room for two. Enjoying the service and view are great. The sleep salon deserves instead of two stars are due to other reasons. First impression is bad because the staff cannot find our booking over their system. We have to keep showing the WhatsApp message and answering questions to sort it out. After we are led to the room, the same lady who attend to us did the scalp analysis scan very hastily. And you can tell she is just going through the norm (part of the procedure). While the procedures of the therapy are great, but the bad part is the therapists do not possess adequate skills to do the session for us. For me, the therapist did not exert enough pressure in the massage and very roughly turn my head sideway throughout. My friend's therapist literally treated her like a delicate glass doll and exert minimal efforts. The therapy are unsatisfying and I feel wasted spending such a high price. Utterly disappointed and will not be back again.

I tried the Signature 90-minute treatment at the newly opened Sabuy Sleep Salon & Head Spa (Terminal 21 Asok), and it was a soothing and rejuvenating experience from start to finish. The ambience was calm and cosy, with soft lighting and relaxing music that immediately put me at ease. I chose the lemongrass balm for my massage, and the scent was absolutely lovely, refreshing without being overpowering. The treatment began with a relaxing head, neck, and shoulder massage that helped melt away tension. The therapist’s pressure was on the lighter side, a bit too gentle for my preference, but still calming overall. By the end of the 90 minutes, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed. If you need a reset or want to treat yourself to a deeply calming head spa experience, do give this place a try. Booking an appointment is also very convenient. You can easily reserve via WhatsApp or LINE, and they reply promptly.

I had an amazing experience here , the ladies were all very friendly. The woman giving me my hair treatment was gentle and very experienced and offered me some tea and a light snack when I was done. Would definitely recommend and definitely come back again :)
