I don’t leave a review email often when not happy but I feel broken after my massage. Everything was hard: the light, the bed, the towels and the touch was hard, abrupt and not listening at all to my body responding. I left in a lot of pain.

Refresh Massage Thonglor 500 baht for Back, Neck and Shoulders. What you actually get is an hour in a reclining chair that doesn’t lay flat and squeaks every time you shift. Not a massage table. A chair. The kind that belongs in a waiting room. The therapist was clearly trying — and credit where it’s due, she worked the full hour and was ambitious with what she was working with. But there’s only so much you can do when your client is sitting in squeaky airport furniture instead of lying on a proper table. The setup let her down more than her hands did. Cleanliness is underwhelming. There are places nearby charging the same or less that are noticeably cleaner and better run. The only thing working in this place’s favor is its location — it’s one of the first massage shops you see when you exit Shine Thonglor and Staybridge residences. That’s why it gets business. Not quality. Not value. Just being in the right spot for people who don’t know the area yet. Invest in a proper table and this place has a chance. 2/5

One of the worst massages I've had in Thailand. Several things; 1. Masseuse was falling asleep throughout the massage. At one point, she totally fell asleep that her body just fell on me mid-massage. I had to wake her up. I visited around 5 to 6pm, so not too late. I tried fake-coughing several times to wake her up in the beginning, eventually also straight up asking her to wake up, but to no avail. 2. The 60 minute massage was more like 50 minutes, she ended 5 minutes earlier and started late also adjusting, etc. and the pressure was extremely weak in the beginning, just touching. I brought this up exactly 3 times during the massage - and she applied sudden hard pressure, when she's awake, resulting in random burst of pain, not relaxing or good experience at all. 3. Since the beginning, the masseuse had a sour expression, she did not look like she wanted to be working there at all, which added to the unpleasant experience. 4. No beverages of any kind or hot towel, snack, etc., offered - both before and after the massage. All massages I've been to in Thailand, even the most basic one, would offer at least tea or water. At this price and level, I expected at least something to drink? The place looked and smelled clean, and it was one of the more pricey massages around the area so this experience was definitely not up to standard. Don't be fooled by the nice looking exteriors, I'd go elsewhere.

We booked a 90-minute Thai oil massage and classic Thai massage. The massage studio is very quiet and attractively designed, as well as super clean. The masseuses know their craft. The only thing that was irritating was having to put on a dress for the oil massage. Overall, highly recommended.

This is my second time here for massage. It was really good. The staffs are lovely and the cashiers are super friendly. I will definitely come back. 🥺👍🏻🫶🏻💖
