Bad experience. Zero stars. Staffs were very rude! Made an appointment for 2 pax hair spa days prior to my visit. 30mins before my appointment the staff called me to say that they are confirming my appointment for 2 pax at 3.30pm and 5.30pm.. I told them my appt was at 4pm for 2 pax head spa, and even showed them my app booking on my phone since i was already near the place. They said bookings can sometimes get canceled! So my appts had to be rescheduled to 6pm for 2 pax. We took that and regretted. The head spa was so bad. The area to rest your head has no proper support. I was straining my head and it was painful. Treatment was not comfortable all.. very tension. Not rejuvenated at all.. I've been to so many other head spas and they were all so relaxing that I could even sleep. My hair was in knots. The lady doing the treatment was inexperienced. They should really train staff the proper way. This was so terrible. Please do not waste your money here. Not the place to have a relaxing head spa. Book an appointment at the another place and make your money more worthwhile.

⭐️ 13/01/2026 UPDATE: AMAZING RECOVERY
After my previous negative experience (see below), I was personally contacted by the management with a sincere apology and an offer to redo my nails. I went back today — and what a difference!
Within one hour, I had one of the best manicures I’ve ever had. The quality, attention to detail, and efficiency were outstanding. On top of that, I received a lovely small gift as a gesture of apology for the inconvenience.
I truly appreciate how seriously management took my feedback and how professionally they handled the situation. Turning such a bad experience into a great one is not easy, but they absolutely did. I went from a very dissatisfied customer to a genuinely happy one — and that says a lot.
Conclusion: The quality of the service really depends on the nail technician, and the overall experience depends heavily on the front desk team. If more ownership and responsibility had been taken during my first appointment, the situation would likely never have escalated to management. That said, the way it was ultimately handled shows there is real potential here — and definitely room to grow.

⭐️ 12/01/2026 VERY DISAPPOINTED, NOT WORTH THE PRICE.
I booked a hand & foot spa with gel for both. My appointment started at 13:00 and ended at 17:30 — for a single-color gel, no nail art.
The technician who did my feet was great, but the manicure was a disaster. Removing my old gel took almost an hour, the cuticles weren’t cleaned properly, and the application was messy. One nail wouldn’t dry because the UV lamp wasn’t working, and it was redone three times with no success. No one could clearly explain what was going wrong, and the front desk showed no ownership of the situation.
I was barely checked on, wasn’t offered a drink, and at one point my arms were wrapped for hours with nothing happening — it felt like I was forgotten. After multiple discussions, they eventually acknowledged the poor service and didn’t charge me for the hand treatment.
What makes this worse is that I left my baby and toddler for 4.5 hours for this appointment — and just a few hours later, the gel is already coming off.
This place is not cheap and feels like a tourist trap. Poor quality, extremely slow service, and absolutely not worth the price. I would not recommend it.

My first time at morning kiss! Experience was great. Staff can speak English very well and was very patient to explain the different package options. Shop was clean and staff were skillful. Bonus it comes with a massage chair! Highly recommend!

They gave me an appt for later in day as we're booked, but promised to call me if any cancellation, which they did. Have to compliment entire place on cleanliness, all were friendly and professional. But really have to compliment Mona on my cat eye nails (best mani-pedi in my entire life) and Tu (hair detox, wash, blow dry, oil treatment, and even a great neck and shoulder massage). They spent a lot of time on me, and I feel fabulous!! Thanks ladies!!

Amazing Thailand experience! My wife truly enjoyed it. The service was great and staff were all nice and accommodating. Allowed me to sit beside my wife while doing everything. Thank you Morning Kiss and more power!
